Key Tasks:

• Lead Innovation: Lead our software projects and the design, development and maintenance of innovative and efficient backend services that impress our clients. Provide outstanding technical guidance and advice to more junior members coaching them to help develop their skills and practices to top industry standard.
• Quality First: Ensure every line of code is well-tested and maintainable, guaranteeing performance even when working against tight deadlines and requirements. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and ensure PurpleSector remains ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate and Inspire: Collaborate and forge strong relationships with our other disciplines for example Data Science and Design and Development, to integrate backend systems with data driven insights in a fully remote environment.
