As a Junior Software Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and developing scalable applications using a stack centered around React, Node.js, and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative software solutions from concept to deployment.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Develop and maintain web applications using React.
Implement backend services with Node.js and Java.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
Assist in the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Work closely with the design team to define feature specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in React and Node.js.
Knowledge of Java and experience with backend development.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
