Mission

D-company is seeking a visionary Full-Stack Developer / CTO Associate to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of finance. As a pivotal member of our startup, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing Back-End Systems: Enhance and streamline our back-end infrastructure.
• Code Optimization and Database Management: Ensure efficient, scalable, and robust code and database performance.
• API Creation: Develop and maintain APIs to support new and existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with International Stakeholders: Work closely with partners and clients worldwide to develop new features and improve our product.
• Website Development: Lead the creation of the second iteration of our website, focusing on improved design and user experience.
• Feature Development: Design and implement new user features as requested.

Profile description

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in JavaScript full-stack development using React and Node.js in a corporate environment.
• Back-End Development: Some experience with Python for back-end tasks.
• System Optimization: Strong background in optimizing systems and managing databases.
• API Development: Proven ability to create robust APIs and enhance existing code for better performance.
• Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and manage remote tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, capable of transparent and straightforward dialogue. Ability to engage with external stakeholders, client-oriented, stress resilient, and humble
