(Full Remote) Junior App Developer in UNITED KINGDOM

For all Junior positions in the Tech field we offer a 6 months internship contract (£3,000 per month) in which you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially thanks to on-the-job training, you will be able to work fully remote for as long as you want and we will equip you with a latest generation MacBook.

Within our team, you will be able to deal with various tasks such as:

• Feature Development: You will collaborate on the development and implementation of new features of the Joinrs app (you can find it on the iOS and Android store), contributing to improving the user experience. Our app is developed in Flutter.
• Bug Fixing and Optimization: You will participate in identifying and resolving bugs in the existing application, optimizing performance to ensure a smooth experience.
• Integration of Emerging Technologies: You will explore and integrate new emerging technologies and frameworks to keep the application cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
• Collaboration with the Design Team: You will work closely with the design team to effectively implement visual solutions and ensure consistency with the design.
• Testing and Quality Control: You will actively participate in the testing phases, ensuring the quality of the code and the absence of errors before the release of new versions of the app.
• Code Documentation: You will create detailed documentation of the developed code, making it easier to understand and maintain for the team and future developers.
• Continuous Learning: You will be encouraged to participate in training sessions and deepen your app development skills, keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

Contract & Compensation:

For all Junior positions in this field we offer a 6 months internship contract with a monthly salary of £3,000 per month for the purpose of hiring with a contract.

Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with your compensation increasing rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a more significant impact.

Selection Process:

CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).

Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.

Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
