This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.
Your future tasks will include
Conducting in-depth research of various home remodeling verticals, identifying the ones with the best chances to succeed, and preparing briefing materials for the new launches
Structuring and conducting primary and secondary market research, including customer surveys, mystery shopping, in-depth customer interviews, etc
Analyzing information collected from various sources (both internal and external) to uncover insights that shape our new vertical portfolio, contractor value proposition, and homeowner strategy.
Utilizing advanced tools and techniques to prepare lead demand forecasts across verticals and regions in the US home remodeling market
Preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborating with other HB teams to support different projects and initiatives (sales, growth, vertical owners, call center, etc)
You're going to need this to be successful in this role
Work experience: Consulting, General Management, Product Management, Lead Generation
At least 5 years of experience in analytical roles
Education: Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, etc
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software. Ability to derive actionable insights from data and present complex information clearly and concisely
Team player, ability to work on different levels of the organization
Strong business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, native English speaker
Detail-oriented, able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and handle tight deadlines

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
Experience in the home improvement industry
