Position: Welcoming guests and clients, offering tea & coffee and alerting associates of their guest’s arrival First point of contact for all internal office comms and contributing to building the office culture Meeting room management, clear down and assistance (troubleshooting, general help) Maintaining the condition of the office: liaising with building management, cleaners and suppliers for repairs and maintenance and ensuring a smooth-running office Managing fobs & access cards, including bike storage and lockers Lost property, inbound and outbound mail deliveries General Systemiq inbox management Ordering office supplies and stationery in accordance with our net zero targets Managing an office budget and associated credit card expenses Helping with Lunch & Learns, setting up Town Hall meetings Ordering lunches for client meetings Organising monthly office birthday drinks and assisting with social events Manage the DSE portal admin and highlighting any threats to HR Office onboarding for new joiners Health and Safety admin Any other adhoc tasks, as required Requirements: This person needs to be in the office five days a week between 08:30-17:00 Minimum one year experience in an Office Admin / Assistant / Co-ordinator role Be able to implement new processes and make the role their own Proficient working with Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel) Friendly and approachable, pro-active, keen to learn and a muck-in attitude Punctual, highly organised and the ability to multi-task Works well in a high-pressured environment Align with our Systemiq values Other information: Contract: Full-time permanent contract Applications from current residents in the following cities will be considered: London (UK).
