WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
As our Tech Lead, you'll be the master of ceremonies, managing a crew of ace software engineers to ensure on-time delivery of amazing projects. You'll also work closely with other company leaders to craft product development strategies that keep our clients grinning from ear to ear.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of software engineers;
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team;
- Propose and implement improvements to software development processes and technologies;
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects;
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and define product development strategy;
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for
experts in Full stack development with
background and interest in:
- .NET, Azure, Containers and Visual Studio;
- Solid experience leading software development teams;
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality;
- Proven experience in web and cloud-based application development;
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in React and Angular.
