We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced data models and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions in a fully remote environment across the USA.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering).
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets.
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, or SQL to extract actionable insights.
- Build and optimize predictive and statistical models to solve business problems.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business stakeholders).
- Implement and monitor model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Apply A/B testing and experimental design techniques.
