The Role:
As our Senior Video Editor, you'll play a pivotal role in creating high-quality video content that engages viewers and achieves our clients' marketing goals. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand client needs, conceptualize video strategies, and bring creative visions to life.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and refine video footage to create polished and engaging final products.
- Apply motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Manage and optimize audio elements, including sound effects and music.*
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure video content aligns with project goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and editing software advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional video editor.
- Proven ability to edit a variety of video formats and styles.*
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of video editing principles, including color grading, audio mixing, and storytelling techniques.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.*
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for video production and a desire to create impactful content.
Bonus Points:
- A Fine Arts or Design degree.
- Experience with social media video editing best practices.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
