Job Overview
We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement creative marketing strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and growth.
This role is fully remote from either Malaysia, LATAM or Thailand.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital channel developments, events, key opinion leaders (KOL), community engagement, and partnerships.
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by producing engaging and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc., in regional native languages.
- Ensure regular web content updates, checking for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify industry forums, communities, and affiliate sites, and regularly create content for these platforms.
- Deliver high-quality marketing materials across various digital channels, meeting deadlines.
- Track metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Stay current with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and at least 1 of the following languages - Malay, Mandarin, Tamil or Spanish.
- Proven experience in roles such as marketing coordinator or marketing executive, specifically in the FX/Crypto/Financial sector would be an advantage.
- Proficient in various marketing platforms and channels, including SEO, CRM software, and best practices for social, digital, email marketing, and offline events.
- Experienced in social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
