What You’ll Do

As an Information Security Manager at Animal Friends, you'll be at the forefront of protecting our organisation’s computers, networks, and data. You'll lead our Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing programs, ensuring our systems remain secure and resilient against threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee our Penetration Testing program
• Have oversight of vulnerability management and ensure timely remediation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and resilient web applications.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on security best practices and risk management.
• Maintain and enhance our security tools and protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Penetration Testing Experience: Strong understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and reporting.
• Broad Range of Information Security Experience: Proven track record in working with security applications, tools and risk management.
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to effectively communicate across all business layers and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• CEH, OSCP Or Similar Qualifications
• CISSP, CISM or ISO27001 certification.
• Background in financial services or UK Govt / MOD
• Experience with Microsoft Security tools such as Sentinel, Defender, or Purview.
