Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Uppsala, Sweden 

Full time L3 engineer managing Storage, ESX, VMs admin

5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 9am to 5pm

Required skills

1. Database administration, Windows & Linux server including command line interface.
2. Experience in a fast-pace environment, need good time management, solid communication skills, and quick response.
3. Proficiency in interacting with clients
4. Working knowledge of the Software Life Cycle
5. Excellent organizational, and support case management skills
6. Hands-on experience providing end-user support in a high availability, mission critical support operation. Managed Services Support experience is a plus
7. Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the organization
8. Ability to interface with external contacts while favourably representing Jibe in the marketplace
9. Strong knowledge of standard hardware & software configurations, Storage and Computing preferred
10. Successful communicator at all levels using all media, with excellent interpersonal skills.
11. Demonstrates skill, knowledge and understanding of company, products, job duties, and appropriate work methods.
12. Familiarity with IBM, HPE Blade and x86 hardware architecture
13. Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken
14. Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
15. Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress
16. Must be able to learn new technologies quickly
17. Must be a team Player
