Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in data visualization tools, to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be managing and fulfilling customer report requests using our BI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a database of customer report requests that will be updated by the sales team.
• Create and customize reports daily using Thoughtspot, our BI platform of choice.
• Communicate with customers to ensure reports meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with our other members of the team to align report outputs with business objectives
• Optimize reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience with data visualisation tools in professional production environments in the industry
• Familiarity with ThoughtSpot is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Thoughtspot BI platform
• Familiarity with SQL and database structures

Work Environment

• Fully remote or hybrid option available (if based in Athens)
• Working hours: Flexible (local time)
• Collaborative team environment

Compensation

• 2,000 EUR net monthly salary
