UX Designer in ITALY

Position in full remote with possibility to work on-site in Pisa or Padova.

Brain Technologies is searching for:

UX Designer to play a key role in the development and refactoring of business management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, utilizing methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Design Solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• Visual Design: Ensure the visual design aligns with our brand identity and enhances the overall user experience.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain information architecture and navigation structures to ensure users can easily find the information they need.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve the system’s usability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• User Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to design.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong emphasis on iterative design and continuous feedback.
• Cloud Integration: Familiarity with designing for cloud-based applications and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in cloud-native environments is a plus.
