Job Role: Creative Director

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)

Salary range: 2000 - 2500 AUD

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Aussie companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines & Nepal. You will be hired directly by the client, we are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Australia is only 2 hours ahead of the Philippines and 4 hours ahead of Nepal, so the working hours are typically much better than working for a European or North American company.

Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian e-commerce dietary supplements company with a focus on longevity.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to write scripts, edit videos and create video advertisements to be run on advertising platforms (E.G. Meta).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative team in the development and execution of innovative concepts and designs that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of creative projects from concept development to production, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to translate business objectives into creative strategies and solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our creative initiatives
  • Present concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating creative vision and rationale


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working for international companies in either North America, Australia, Singapore, or Europe
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Expertise in leading and inspiring creative teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of branding, design principles, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
