Job Role: Creative Director
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)
Salary range: 2000 - 2500 AUD

Australia is only 2 hours ahead of the Philippines and 4 hours ahead of Nepal, so the working hours are typically much better than working for a European or North American company.
Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian e-commerce dietary supplements company with a focus on longevity.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to write scripts, edit videos and create video advertisements to be run on advertising platforms (E.G. Meta).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team in the development and execution of innovative concepts and designs that align with the company's strategic objectives
Oversee all aspects of creative projects from concept development to production, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to translate business objectives into creative strategies and solutions
Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our creative initiatives
Present concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating creative vision and rationale
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working for international companies in either North America, Australia, Singapore, or Europe
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing initiatives
Expertise in leading and inspiring creative teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of branding, design principles, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in creative software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
