BlueRock was founded in 2013 by industry veterans with a mission to simplify logistics. We believe that our academic roots and expertise in Logistics, Data Science, and Software Development provide us with a unique perspective to identify our clients’ needs. We encompass everything from the strategic planning to the operational execution by 16 module TMS in four functional pillars: pre planning, execution, visibility, and performance management. At the moment, we currently serve over 30 countries worldwide, with offices located in key logistic positions across the globe (The Netherlands, Germany, UK, Italy, Canada, UAE, and Singapore).

How you will pave the way of your future with BlueRock

The Business Analyst has extensive knowledge of the functional side of our software applications and the various mobile apps. The job holder is responsible for translating customer requirements into implementable (software) solutions while ensuring alignment with project objectives. The job holder guides users in effectively utilizing the application and offers expert advice on design and configuration options to ensure all features are fully optimized. You oversee project delivery, ensuring effective communication, and successful implementations that meet and exceed our clients' expectations, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, its features, functionalities, and applications.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and user expectations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features and updates.
• Understand and analyze user needs and requirements. Translate user requirements into functional specifications for product enhancements.
• Provide support and resolve user issues and assist users in effectively utilizing the product. Engage with users to gather feedback and understand their experience with the product.
• Manage and prioritize incident reports. Analyze, document, and resolve software errors and issues.
• Build strong relationships with key users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and keep support materials up to date.

Who you are and beyond:

• Preferably have a background or experience in the logistics sector, with a focus on systems implementations and integrations and/or SaaS products.
• Possess strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for data, numbers, and KPIs.
• Proactive and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Curious and eager to learn about new technologies, with a growth mindset.
• Skilled in problem-solving and conflict management, adept at evaluating alternatives and making informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required. Fluency in Dutch is a good plus
