📍 Remote (UK-based - Newcastle, London or Scotland)
Our client are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their growing team supporting and enhancing a modern data platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on production data pipelines, solving operational challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Developing and optimising data transformations and structures
- Supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including incident investigation and resolution
- Performing unit testing and ensuring high-quality data delivery
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation
- Contributing to Agile delivery processes and sprint activities
- Assessing impact and validating technical changes
- Delivering enhancements and approved service requests
