ABOUT THE ROL

EAs a Backend Developer, you will actively find the right tradeoffs to bring new features in production securely, reliably and effectively with attention on performance and constant improvement as well as cost optimization

.You will work inside a cohesive group with other Developers with different experiences and, as a talented team member, you are expected to lead the most junior developers and help them grow professionally. The same is also expected from peers: we think everyone should contribute to the collective advancement of the team as a whole

.You will also work in a multidisciplinary and independent team alongside with product, design, QA automation experts, data engineers and scientists in a multicultural and diverse environment. The ability to relate and productively work with people with different backgrounds and expertise is needed, as well as the ability to challenge requests if needs be
