Our team,
Web & Mobile Solutions, has now about 80 members working for a strategic topic for the company – web and mobile solutions, to easing the business for our customers and achieve #1 Customer Experience in the market.
Web and Mobile team, consists of 90 people, is responsible for allowing customer to use digital tool through whole supply chain process: from quotation, through tracking, to import and invoicing.
At the moment we’re working on 35 applications for customers, divided into 8 product groups – and we’re looking for a
Product Manager who will lead the team of Web Booking process.
Web booking is a strategic process and the team cooperates with various business and IT stakeholders – Global Commercial Development, Sales and Customer Service in different regions of the world and cooperation with FIS3 Transformation Program – a program, which goal is re-define our core ERP system.

Responsibilities
- Be an IT Product Manager for a Web Booking and Booking Amendment products,
- Be a Delivery Leader for the IT scrum/product team – usually around 7 people,
- Be a “Product Owner in Scrum sense” for a team – with all aspects of the job included,
- Build and drive roadmaps for assigned products, together with Business Owner, other Product Managers and the team,
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements,
- Build yearly and quarterly roadmaps, be the one who defines requirements, KPI and delivery priorities and focuses on delivery,
- Cooperate with Agile Coach and Team Lead in the team to deliver best in class web products,
- Cooperate with other teams on dependencies, plan the work between your team and the others,
- Supports teams’ focus on technical and quality excellence, as well as continuous integration and fast delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Passion for product management and value creation (must),
- At least 3 years in similar positions (must),
- Experience and good knowledge about container’s business, shipping and logistics (VERY good to have),
- Good stakeholders management, requirements engineering and delivery skills,
- Ability to deep dive into the product from business and technical sides
