About the team
The CMS Segment within our Naval organization is responsible for the development of Combat & Information Management Systems for naval vessels and their integration with sensor and weapons systems. These complex systems incorporate advanced solutions in the field of information processing, information management, user interaction and sensor and weapons control. As such, our TACTICOS Combat Management System offers essential support for missions ranging from combating piracy to defense against long-range missiles.
The CMS segment is responsible for the engineering and delivery of qualified software and hardware.
About your future job
As a Product owner of system engineering in the CMS Segment, you work in an international multidisciplinary team that works on the decomposition of the customer requirement and design of the TACTICOS system. Your team consists of system engineers with expertise’s ranging across the breadth of the functionality, software architecture, infrastructure, hardware architecture, security and safety of the TACTICOS system. The system engineers are responsible for the global design of the system, thereby considering the functional performance, quality, security, safety and costs, to find the optimal solution.
You are in the lead of the backlog for the team, are in contact with the customer or customer representation and supports the discussions about the operational needs in the design meetings.
