QA Automation (Remote - English Speaker) in SPAIN

We are enhancing our automation testing strategy to improve the scalability and performance of our core product. We are looking for a QA Automation to srenghten our current team, and give a step ahead in our automatization Framework for the whole SDLC.

We are looking for a Key player, to be responsible for ensuring the quality of the software and financial products that the company offers to its customers, through the automation of tests and the identification of issues and errors in the development process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated tests for financial applications and systems.
• Identify and document bugs, issues, and deficiencies in software, and collaborate with developers and other team members to fix them.
• Participate in the review of requirements, specifications, designs, and technical documentation to ensure quality requirements are met at all stages of the software lifecycle.
• Perform integration and performance testing, and monitor and analyze metrics and results to improve software quality and performance.
• Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of regression testing, as well as in the development of test plans and test cases.
• Maintain and update testing documentation and quality reports, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications:

MUST:

• +4 years of experience in a QA Automation position.
• Practical knowledge in programming languages and automated testing frameworks, such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• BDD methodologies (Gherkin, Cucumber).
• Knowledge in databases (SQL Server, Postgres, CosmosDB, or similar).
• English C1.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Jmeter and Postman.
• Kowledge of PyTest + Python (this is our next step!)
• Kownled of Rest Assured.
