We’re looking for you to join our HelloFresh People Team as Senior Rewards Manager in our Berlin Global Headquarters.
We have recently established a global compensation framework at HelloFresh, and this role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely compensation & benefits administration processes as we move from start up to scale up. This role will provide exceptional customer service, and will be the go to person for employee queries regarding our equity program.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain job catalog, salary structures, and job evaluation systems
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and reporting
Participate in salary surveys and other benchmarking activities.
Building of annual increment matrixes and budgets
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
Work with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related issues
Provide support to other team members within Rewards on routine topics.
Administer all starters/movers/leavers data in Shareworks/Solium - our equity platform
Co-own the equity administration and ongoing maintenance of the company's employee equity portal, dealing with participant and employee queries regarding share scheme matters and acting as the key contact for all equity queries
Deliver on global equity matters, including and not limited to employee awareness and communication.
Support the continuous improvement of our processes in partnership with Legal, Finance, People teams
Support with the analytics and reporting of data to support decision making.
Responsible for creation of routine and ad hoc reports
What You’ll Bring
Min. 8 years relevant reward experience, preferably within a high-growth environment
Feel at home in a fast-paced and demanding environment that develops quickly every day
Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously, but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths
Be an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
Come with strong analytical skills, a good business sense and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment
Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude
Be Tech-savvy and bring professional skills with the entire Office/Google suites (specifically Tableau, PowerBI, G-Sheets)
Fluency in English is a must (German a huge plus)
Experience working in a Tech-industry is a plus
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should
Have an attention to detail balanced with great customer service skills
Proven experience administering share plans in-house, handling all employee share plan related matters and equity types, to include RSUs and Options
A passion for employee share plans and increasing employee knowledge on equity matters, a key pillar of the HelloFresh reward offering
Advanced Excel skills, and confidence manipulating data
Experience in and knowledge of Legal matters in relation to equity plans is an advantage.
