Position Summary:
The Master Operation Planner generates manufacturing and operation master plans to meet the supply expectations of distribution centers and direct customers. This role ensures resource availability and maintains established inventory levels. The position involves analyzing supply information, preparing detailed production plans, managing ERP/MRP systems, and leading operations according to company values.

What you will do as a Master Production Planner:
- Analyze the supply plan of finished products and create the master plan with operational windows (including production, packaging, maintenance, and machine shop) for one year, based on logistics area information.
- Lead and define ERP/MRP strategies and methods to meet company goals.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, raw materials, tooling, and consumables by formulating statistical models to understand trends and make optimal decisions.
- Participate in relevant S&OP cycles, establish commitments, analyze plant capacity and inventory availability to meet demand.
- Prepare production budgets, establish cost control in collaboration with master planning, and use cost-benefit analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze gaps to make decisions related to achieving product costs and prepare reports from operations data.
- Ensure team motivation, training, and evaluation; address training needs and personnel well-being; set objectives and indicators; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Responsible for industrial safety, environmental control, and quality management in the area.
What you need to be a Master Production Planner:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Software Data Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, and/or industrial planning.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MRP.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
