Graphic Designer in UNITED KINGDOM

Al Douri Group is looking for a seasoned Designer with minimum 8 years of experience in F&B/ FMCG or Hospitality industries, who has worked for leading brands in the region and has the know - how to create a unique and minimal artwork. The individual should have the understanding of how to create designs solely meant for user experience/story telling.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design various artwork for print and digital collateral.
• Edit Videos using leading programs such as Premier Pro.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in graphic designing.
• A strong portfolio ( Behance with minimal/modern artwork) that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
• A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, Blender, After Effects and Photoshop
• Design Artwork for social media and campaigns: Min. 4 years
• Photography (Product photoshoot experience) is a must.
• Packaging/Die cut and Printing Press experience is a must.
• A basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing – English and Arabic.
• The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Excellent eye for detail.
