Founding Elixir Engineer in GERMANY

We’re MindNexus, an early-stage, Hamburg-based company specializing in AI for marketing. Company was founded in January 2024 by Andreas Groke (Founder x3, former Managing Director from Videobeat.net) and Jakub Skałecki (Founder x3, Tech Lead from Videobeat.net) and quickly growing. We’re excited to build a team passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven marketing tools. 

We’re looking for our very first hire — a Founding Elixir Engineer. 

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Elixir Engineer to join our small, high-performing, no-bullshit team. We’re amazed by Elixir and we’re betting on it. If you’re passionate about building greenfield projects with a cutting-edge technology, this might be the perfect role for you!

📋 What You’ll Do:

• Design, build & maintain our own SaaS solutions, directly collaborating with company founders.
• Proactively suggest improvements and make high-impact decisions.
• Dive deep into AI and its applications in marketing.
