Job Description

As a Business Analyst at LiveJasmin, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of our platform. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply writing business requirements. You'll also be involved in:

• Understanding & Documenting User Needs: Gathering and analyzing user requirements through user feedback, surveys, competitor analysis, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Building strong relationships across teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure smooth communication and shared goals.
• Designing Solutions: Transforming user needs into actionable product features through wireframes, mockups, and user stories.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilizing data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and guide strategic choices.
• Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Embracing change, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results in a dynamic, agile setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication: You can clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good UX Skills: You possess a good understanding of user experience principles and how to apply them to create intuitive and enjoyable products.
• Designing Solutions: Transforming user needs into actionable product features through wireframes, mockups, and user stories, specifically tailored for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Minimum 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience: You have a proven track record as a Business Analyst, UX Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Data Analyst, or similar role within product development.
• Good Knowledge of Product Lifecycles: You understand the various phases of product development and how your role contributes to each stage.
• Time Management: You're organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Experience on large-scale products/platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Power BI.
• A passion for problem-solving and improving user experiences.
• Enthusiasm for the LiveJasmin industry or niche.
