Responsible for the alignment of talent strategy with business strategy, and act as a change agent / strategic partner for business.
Strategic planning on workforce development and succession planning.
Coaching leadership on HR matters.
Boost organization efficiency and effectiveness and level-up people capability by carrying out in-depth people data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business, or the related domains.
Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in HR, and good at HR disciplines including performance management, organization development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations, etc.
Excellent and influential people skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.
A true team player who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive changes and innovations.
Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion.
Proficient in both English and Japanese communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Having attributes such as perseverance, resilience, and open-minded.
Multitasking and result driven with business judgement.
Working experience in site HR manager for manufacturing site of global companies is preferred.
