You Will
Lead and mentor the frontend team, setting an example for fellow developers
Take charge of enhancing the Frontend Architecture, including structure, frameworks, and technologies
Establish and implement development standards and procedures
Drive the development of new Single Page Applications (SPAs) and features with end-to-end accountability
Actively contribute to UX and design decisions
Develop integration and unit tests to ensure feature quality and reliability
Collaborate with the CTO to enhance platform performance, security, and availability
Stay abreast of emerging technology trends to introduce innovations that elevate the product and workflow.
Requirements
Possess 6+ years of front-end development experience
Demonstrated expertise in Frontend Architecture and leadership roles (team lead)
Proficiency in ReactJS/ES6, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, LESS or Sass, and WebPack
Strong eye for screen design and usability coupled with high-quality standards
Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) best practices preferred
Exhibit ownership, responsibility, and leadership by example
Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback
Flexible and committed with a strong work ethic
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous
Possess a valid visa/work permit for the EU/Austria
