Key Responsibilities:
- Interact closely with various aspects of mainframe systems, including CICS and Db2 subsystems.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and safety in call center and distribution center operations.
- Develop integrations between modern web applications and mainframe systems to deliver value to customers.
- Utilize data to support strategic decisions in product development and marketing.
- Engage in continuous learning through structured programs and collaborative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with z/OS, CICS, DB2, JCL, SMP/E, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through technology.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Interest in mentoring and leading technical projects is a plus.
Technology Stack:
Our client utilizes a diverse technology stack including COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, .Net, C#, React, Python, Kotlin, Swift, MongoDB, SQL Server, among others, to address their business needs effectively.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive starting salary range of $125,000 – $170,000, commensurate with experience.
