THE ROLE & THE TEAM
In this exciting position, you will be part of our Supply Chain Planning & Analytics team. You will take over part of the inbound planning as part of the company-wide S&OP process and take on various analytical tasks in the SCM environment. During the implementation and development of new analyses or concepts you will work closely with colleagues from the SCM team, our Category Management/ Controlling and Operations.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…
- Take over major part of the short to mid term inbound planning as part of the S&OP process, preparing the S&OP meetings and gradually taking more ownership in the area of inbound planning
- Own various forecasts (inbound, supplier returns and VAS) and preparation of the necessary data and analyses
- Work on improving the existing Forecasting processes with the current forecast owner (become a sparring partner)
- Coordination of day-to-day issues with the extended SCM team as well as our Merchandise Planners from Category Management and Operations
- Analyse inbound supply performance, identify root cause, coordinate corrective action plan
- Support the team’s continuous improvement effort, e.g. developing better forecasting models, streamline processes and tools
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
- You have already gained professional experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally in the S&OP area; a degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, you love to work with numbers and large amounts of data, you quickly notice the connections and draw the right conclusions from them. You know your way around common software products and are an Excel expert. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus
- Great communication skills, you can effectively manage stakeholders and keep a cool head even in difficult situations
- Positive approach to challenges, ability to contribute constructively to the team evolution
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
