Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Sr. Manager/Director to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in marketing leadership. This role is critical in guiding the vision and strategy for all digital marketing channels to drive growth and brand awareness.
Location:
This critical role will be based in Dallas office, 5 days on-site. We offer lunch and dinner incentive to all on-site employees as well as offer relocation expense reimbursement to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Oversee Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Leverage emerging technologies to differentiate our brand.
Content Strategy and Management:
- Lead the team in creating and optimizing high-quality content.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and drives engagement.
Video and YouTube Strategy:
- Oversee the production of engaging video content.
- Manage the company’s YouTube channel strategy, including planning and performance tracking.
SEO and SEM Leadership:
- Guide the implementation of advanced SEO techniques.
- Oversee SEM/PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Digital Advertising Management:
- Direct and oversee data-driven digital advertising campaigns.
Email and Marketing Automation:
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance customer experiences.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies.
- Monitor and optimize social media performance.
Performance Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Generate insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams for cohesive strategies.
- Lead and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in marketing leadership and management, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry or a Marketing Agency.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving business goals.
- Experience managing Email Marketing, SEO/SEM, and Content teams.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
