Position Overview

As an SEO Outreach Manager at Truely, you will play a pivotal role in our SEO strategy by creating and managing scalable processes for outreach and link-building. You will train, grow, and lead a team dedicated to high-volume outreach, ensuring our link-building efforts are both effective and scalable. 


This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to achieve the perfect work-life balance.


Responsibilities

  • Create and Scale Outreach Processes: Develop and implement scalable processes for outreach to build high-quality backlinks, including guest posts.
  • Team Training: Train and mentor the outreach team on best practices and techniques for link-building.
  • Team Growth: Recruit, manage, and scale a team focused on high-volume outreach for link-building.
  • Monitor and Optimise KPIs: Closely track and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) for the outreach team to ensure goals are met.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of outreach campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Stay up-to-date with the latest link-building techniques and best practices, and ensure they are implemented within the team.
  • Guest Posting: Develop strategies for outreach and securing guest post opportunities on relevant, high-authority websites.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on outreach performance, progress, and areas for improvement.


Required Experience

  • Proven experience in SEO outreach and link-building.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in creating and implementing scalable outreach processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in training and managing teams.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to take initiative and work efficiently in a remote environment.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech startup environment.
  • Proficiency with SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, or similar.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
