USD 1600 - Monthly after training.

Leadership of the Wrapmate Design Team:

  • Overseeing and directing the design team: prepare JD, interview, and onboarding of its members
  • Cultivating a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating the professional development of the team. Having mutual feedback sessions with the creatives every Q.
  • Approves/disapproves team member’s leaves
  • Manages team schedule


Supervision of the Design Queue:

  • Ensure that creatives complete their design projects on time and to quality standards.
  • Allocate design resources as needed.
  • Overseeing multiple design projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure that tickets in Hubspot and Asana are reflective of each state
  • Updating the ticket status of each project


Wrapmate Strategy

  • Participate in strategy meetings with the PM to present the client with opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the client to see the opportunity to propose new business.


Mentoring and Talent Development:

  • Have 1:1 monthly meetings with team members
  • Acting as a mentor for team members, aiding in their professional development.
  • Identifying talents and fostering their growth within the organization.
  • Assisting members of the design team who need help or clarification in the design process
  • Creating reports on designer strengths and weaknesses (Highlighting our oversights as a team and members of the team who are doing exceptionally well in terms of quality and efficiency)


Training

After onboarding, it is up to the technical lead to support each member's training session.

Establish and maintain efficient design processes and teach them to the work team during their weekly catch-ups.


Production

In times of need, such as a high influx of initial design tickets, Team lead will step in and take the initiative to complete designs

Team lead will also take the initiative to assist designers in their revision tickets if needed


Proposal and Presentation:

Participate in client pitches and presentations.

Develop proposals for new projects and initiatives.


Team Collaboration:

Coordinate and collaborate with creative teams, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.


Client Satisfaction:

Measure and assess client satisfaction.

Seek feedback to improve services continuously.

Manage the feedback to meet client expectations.

Providing constructive feedback to team members.

Setting metrics to assess design effectiveness and using findings for continuous improvement.


Quality Control of Designs

Ensure the final deliverables have been reviewed and meet quality standards and client expectations.

QA’s Newly Hired Designers and Tenured Designers


Quality Control of Initial Design Tickets

Will verify and check new initial design tickets to ensure that they meet our standard guidelines (has sherpa sqft, complete initial design notes, etc.)

If a ticket does not meet our design standard, they will return the ticket to the client and communicate effectively to ensure we get the items needed to start the design

Ensure that all initial and revisions files are uploaded to Seatbelt

What experience do I need to succeed?

  • 2+ years of Team Experience: Prior experience working as part of a team, preferably in a senior or mentoring capacity.
  • Leadership Roles: Previous leadership roles, even in informal settings, such as leading a project or a small team.
  • Success Stories: Track record of successful project delivery and achievements in your field.
  • Training and Development: Experience in training and mentoring team members.


What skills do I need to succeed?

Excellent verbal and written English.

What recommended specs do I need?


If your computer can handle editing on Premiere Pro, it can probably handle wrap design.

Project files tend to be resource-intensive, as we deal in complex large-format vector graphics that must be periodically synced to the cloud.

Minimum:

Video Card: At least GTX 16 or RX580 series

RAM: 16 GB

CPU: Intel 10th gen or AMD Ryzen 2nd gen series

Software

The company will provide Adobe Creative Cloud access when the training period ends. Until then, trainees are expected to manage their own access.
