What awaits you?
- You will enhance the existing CI application components together with the development team and the open-source community.
- There you will deploy CI components to cloud infrastructure using modern cloud technologies.
- You will operate and monitor the CI production system together with process partners.
- Overall, you will continuously improve the DevOps setup using modern development and operations practices and tools.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study.
- Professional experience with software engineering practices.
- Profound knowledge in modern cloud technologies like AWS/ Azure/ OpenStack.
- Extended experience in Software development and testing with Python.
- Knowledge in Continuous Integration and technologies (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Zuul CI).
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Practical experience with Linux and Shell scripting.
- Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi, …).
- Virtualization and container orchestration technologies (Docker, …).
- System monitoring and alerting (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, …).
- Version control systems and tooling (git, GitHub, …).
- Proven ability to maintain enterprise-scale production software.
- Comfortability with heterogeneous system landscapes.
- Business-fluent English.
