We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will join the Brand & Growth (B&G) division. This candidate will work closely with the consumer business stakeholder, the rest of B&G team members, global peers and report to the Head of Demand Generation. In this role, you will craft and execute marketing plans with your stakeholders that support customer acquisition and revenue generation goals. This includes leading media planning and buying and implementing and executing online and offline campaigns and working with strategic partners to achieve KPIs and drive consumer customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of consumer business acquisition campaigns & activities
Constantly optimising customer acquisition journey to improve conversion rate and drive more transactions
Report, analyse and evaluate marketing investment across different channels and their return on investment (ROI)
Establish, allocate, and track marketing budget for consumer business
Exemplary analytical skills and proven aptitude to use data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies
Plan and operate in a transparent manner for cross-organizational visibility and be a leader in sharing best practices with other B&G team members
Decision-making and discretion regarding program and campaign selection and planning in support of consumer business goals
Ensure all programs and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure, and report on their effectiveness
Monitor marketing efforts from beginning to end to ensure they meet the target objectives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years as a lead media planner and strategist, with a demonstrable understanding of media buying and implementation
Extremely familiar with multiple paid digital media channels, such as search, paid social, as well as GA4.
Recent digital campaign execution experience is required, ideally in a digital agency background
Experience in UX/UI, landing page optimisation and conversion optimisation, demonstrate capabilities to optimise outcome using content and visual, and most importantly by using data
Experience working in a startup and fast-paced environment is a big plus
Proven track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales through marketing efforts
Exemplary communication skills without fear of over-communication - this role will require effective collaboration and coordination across the local market, stakeholders, and the centralized B&G team
Extremely organized and able to meet deadlines
Hands-on approach with integrated campaign development and execution
Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Creative problem-solving skills
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Fluency in English is a MUST
Additional language in Arabic or French is a bonus
