Hone provides the tools to achieve ultimate gameplay, boost FPS by rescuing your PC from bloated software. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team. You'll have the opportunity to use cutting-edge tools and processes to build features that our users desperately need.
Salary: $800-1500/m
What you should have
- At least 3 years of UI design experience
- At least 2 years of experience designing modern consumer products
- A love of and experience in developing “zero-to-one” products and features.
- The ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality designs quickly, with only a high-level direction
- Strong attention to product UI/UX; a passion for creating beautiful and functional software
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for our product's direction, with a focus on enhancing user experience.
- Attend meetings to brainstorm new product features and learn about the problems we are solving.
- Maintain a library of design components and ensure they are consistently used throughout your designs to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Research, brainstorm, and create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma or other design tools to bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges, while also adhering to the constraints of our brand and design system guidelines.
- Facilitate the design/development handoff by providing design specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure the final product meets design expectations.
