A highly skilled and professional IT Audit professional responsible for leading a dynamic team of cybersecurity and assurance professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. The Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing engagement strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the overall quality of client work. What you will do in this role
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assurance services delivery team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals.
Client Engagement:
- Work with exciting clients and innovative technologies
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client's needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Assurance Services Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Plan and manage assurance projects with a heavy focus on quality assurance.
- Work on exciting projects in PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, and more.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in matters related to cybersecurity and assurance.
Training and Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and lead training programs for service delivery teams.
What education and certification you will need
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Preference for technical certifications including CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and similar
What experience is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering IT Audit and cybersecurity in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams.
