- Design and develop high-impact, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Connect, import, and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services) using Power Query and Dataflows.
- Write complex DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and tables for data modeling and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
- SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Work Setting: Must be available to work during US/UK time zone hours.
