Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer.

Experience: 2 to 6 years.

Location: Fully Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Contract Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire.

Eligibility: This position is only open to US citizens or Green Card holders.

Client:

ProperSys is a construction management company based in Phoenix, Arizona. They were founded in 2021 and are currently working with one of the biggest semiconductor companies to manage all the data from their end-to-end contraction process.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy engineering management databases and features for our dynamic engineering teams.
• Craft clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality.
• Contribute top-tier programming skills to create cutting-edge, consumer-centric device experiences using diverse technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to explore design methodologies, prototype new technologies, and assess technical viability.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver superior software at a rapid pace.
• Establish and uphold standards, champion best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify future opportunities, devise technical strategies, and chart implementation plans.
• Produce technical documentation and conduct training sessions for our engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of robust experience with React, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
