About the Role:
Due to rapid growth, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of marketing efforts for our client's product. The Senior Marketing Manager will be a very good marketing-driven project manager who will oversee and glue together the different marketing functions while coordinating with individual contributors for certain responsibilities.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be working closely with the CEO and Founder while interfacing with members of various functions in the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire residential remodeling contractors (ICP) as leads
Discover and optimize the most profitable marketing channels for lead generation
Decrease cost of acquisition while achieving rapid lead growth
Content Marketing & Social Media:
Develop and manage SEO, influencer/affiliate marketing, and social media channels
Grow and leverage the Facebook community for lead generation
Produce engaging and informative written content in English to promote product value
Utilize social media for customer acquisition and SEO optimization (keywords, backlinks, etc.)
Marketing Optimization & Analytics:
Run A/B tests to identify effective marketing strategies
Measure and analyze marketing initiatives to maximize impact with limited resources
Utilize marketing technology tools (HubSpot, Meta/Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and optimize campaigns
Internal Collaboration:
Assist product and sales teams with marketing collateral, campaigns, and other support
Requirements
Marketing Mastermind: Strong understanding of various marketing channels (SEO, influencer marketing, etc.)
Product Champion: Understands the value of product-led SaaS and has experience selling it
Excellent Communicator: Possesses excellent written and verbal English skills. Proven ability in copywriting
Tech wiz with a growth mindset: Uses technology to improve efficiency and constantly seeks ways to optimize
Channel Builder: Thrives on building and optimizing marketing channels from scratch
Problem-solving Ninja: Proactively finds solutions and removes roadblocks
