Job Description: We're on the lookout for an Operations Manager with strong client-facing experience. This role offers a chance to engage in various projects and manage relationships with clients from the USA and Europe. If you excel in operations management and client interaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This job may eventually require sponsored relocation within Indonesia.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the USA and Europe, managing expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and improve overall performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an operations or client facing role, ideally in a startup
  • Proven experience managing clients from the USA and Europe, with a deep understanding of their expectations and standards.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in the USA and Europe.
