Project Description:

We are hiring for projects in the Middle East. There are many opportunities in the region. Our team consists of frontend and backend developers, data analysts and data scientists, architects, analysts and project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test plans for the Data Market Hub platform.

• Develop and maintain Data Quality and Data Expectation checks within the Market Data Hub Platform using Python/PySpark.

• Test Automation.

• Participate in requirements refinement and specification.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5y+ years of Technical Test Automation experience

• 3y+ Experience with databases and SQL

• 3y+ Experience in data testing (data validation testing, data integrity testing, data transformation testing, data integration testing etc.)

• 3y+ hands-on experience with Python and Pyspark

• Knowledge of Azure data/delta lake, Azure DevOps.

• Experience writing queries to retrieve and validate data in Databricks notebooks and jobs.

• Skilled in integrating project testing with continuous-integration process (CI/CD).

• Working knowledge of test planning, test data management, automated & manual test execution, and test management tools to support complex data and cloud landscape

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Understanding of Databricks, including its architecture, features, and capabilities.

• Knowledge of cloud platform - Azure, experience in testing applications that run on Azure, including those that use Databricks.

• Financial Sector Experience.

• Experience with PyTest

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and ability to work in an Agile development environment.
