Mandatory Skills
- Emerson Syncade (design, development &support)
- Strong MES (manufacturing execution system) experience.
- Client-oriented
- Oracle ERP experience a plus.
- Life science manufacturing business functions like Production tracking, Quality Management, Maintenance, Downtime tracking, etc.
Preferred Skills
- MES system experience with PCS7 and/or DeltaV
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Basic presentation development and delivery skills
- Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergent issues
- Ability to interpret / write technical documents
- Ability to gown into Grade C and D classified environments
- Ability to work as a team
Job Roles/Responsibilities
The position is to provide support on Syncade and/or Delta V applications. The support required to handle change requests, access provisioning, start/stop required services, and provide L2/L3 support based on user requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Access provisioning
- L2/L3 support
- Start/stop required services.
- Develop and provide technical training for MES users.
- Maintain an understanding of the site business processes.
- Provide periodic on-call support to internal customers for emergent system issues.
- Troubleshoot routine and complex problems to support internal customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Languages
English and French fluency is mandatory.
