Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Frontend Engineer to lead our UI development efforts. This role is central to our product development, offering the unique opportunity to shape the user interface of our platform. Working alongside our design and backend teams, the ideal candidate will bring innovative UI solutions to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and maintenance of responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend APIs to enhance user experience.
• Implement industry best practices for website speed optimization, SEO, and user flow.
• Lead and mentor the frontend development team, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in React.js (NextJS) and Tailwind CSS.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and development.
• Experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
