The Company:

Piper Maddox have the opportunity to partner with some of worlds fastest growing Energy Storage manufacturers.

Ranging from Cells, Module, Packs for use within a multitude of uses in the energy storage industry.

Due to significant growth with a new product our client is hiring for a Head of Engineering to lead their ambitious Engineering team.

The role:

The head of Engineering will be responsible for driving a full range of activities related to the development and deployment of the Power Conversion System.

This role will suit a Power Electronics, Inverter, Power conversion designer who have progressed their career into Engineering Leadership.

Its imperative that Engineers have previous experience delivering power conversion systems to a customer in the renewable industry.

This role will NOT suit an Engineering Manager from Automotive.

Requirements:

• Must have experience developing / delivering Inverter or Power Conversion Systems products used in BESS, Solar, Grid, Utility
• Strong working knowledge in leadership engineering roles within the energy storage, power conversion or related industry
• Experience in industrialization of grid-scale Power Conversion Systems
