Global Responsibility

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and manage hiring strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Conduct direct search and headhunting when required and carry out all the tests defined in the selection process (personal interviews, assessment center, languages tests, etc.).
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer.
  • Coordinate with providers the externalized searches, ensuring the process’ quality and deadlines and conducting an internal filter prior to the final interview.
  • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
  • Coordinate and negotiate the relocation allowances for the foreign selected candidates.
  • Conduct the onboarding of the selected candidate, coordinating personnel administration and other involved departments.
  • Foster relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Use data and metrics to determine the effectiveness and success of recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing consistent corporate recruiting strategy.
  • Conduct exit interviews and report feedback to the hiring manager
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager in the planning of medium and long-term recruitment needs.
  • Take care of the update of the job descriptions
  • Coordinate, definition and launching of the ATS and giving support/training to the managers and employees.
  • Collaborate in employer branding strategy and actions.
  • Work closely with the managers and with the Talent Management Teams to plan the annual recruitments needs and identify key people in the teams in order to retain talent in the company.


Requirements and personal skills

  • Education: Degree in Psychology or similar. Master in Human Resources will be an asset.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
  • Experience (years/area): +8 years of experience in talent acquisition positions (preferably in Pharma/Healthcare/industrial sector). Experience in recruitment agencies and/or headhunting will be very valuable.
  • Specific Knowledge: Knowledge on technical/scientific profiles and competency-based selection. Knowledge on Success Factor will be very valuable.
