AI Engineer – Next-Gen AI Agents (Insurance)
Location: San Francisco, CA | On-site 5 days/week
Salary: $200K–$250K + equity | Visa sponsorship considered

What You’ll Do
- Design and run experiments to measure and improve AI agent performance
- Explore new agentic techniques (multi-agent systems, reasoning-from-feedback, etc.)
- Build tools and orchestration layers to deploy agents reliably in production
- Translate cutting-edge AI research into production experiments

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years building ML/AI systems at a high-growth tech company
- Strong Python skills and hands-on ML/AI experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Top tier startup experience
- Bonus: B2B SaaS experience and 0→1 product building
