The Role:
Role: Strategy Associate, Founders’ Office
Location: Bengaluru, India
Responsibilities:
- You will focus / drive key portions of client / partner engagements and will work towards leading small to mid-sized engagements or lead a significant workstream on a large engagement.
- You will work with multiple internal stakeholders including business development and other CXOs and be responsible for gathering, analyzing and synthesizing research and data to create value for the company.
- You will communicate data, knowledge, and insights to the leadership/other stakeholders through detailed presentations/spreadsheets and enable generating actionable plans of action for the product/client/partner.
Career Path:
We expect this individual to eventually take ownership of a broad workstream within business development, strategy or partnerships.
Core requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in management/strategy/consulting domain
- Master's degree in Business (graduating class of 2021 / 2022 / 2023)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, with knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI are a plus
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results
