Compensation: Starting R15000 per month


Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile HR professional to join our remote team as a Part-Time Human Resources Manager with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support. This role will be fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. As an integral part of our HR team, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and integrating new talent to ensuring a smooth and supportive offboarding experience while assisting with essential payroll tasks.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive remote recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct virtual interviews, assessments, and manage the entire candidate lifecycle through online platforms
  • Design and deliver engaging virtual onboarding programs for new remote hires

Offboarding:

  • Develop and implement structured offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and maintain company knowledge
  • Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the return of company property and deactivate access to systems

Payroll Support:

  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Collect and verify timesheets, expense reports, and other payroll-related documentation
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies or issues

Employer Branding:

  • Cultivate a strong employer brand that resonates with remote talent through online channels
  • Showcase the company's remote work culture and opportunities through engaging content
  • Participate in virtual career fairs and online recruitment events

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including those specific to remote work and payroll


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support
  • Proven success in managing remote employee lifecycles and payroll processes
  • Strong virtual communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with remote collaboration and communication platforms.
