Role Purpose:
• Overall manage the development resource in China Exams systems team.
• Define the strategy of in-house development, own the architecture design for Exams Solutions China provided, be the critical role of system solution design.
• The post holder is the key person to manage the tech team regarding resource, delivery quality and overall solutions design.
Accountabilities:
• Be fully responsible for overall development team tasks arrangement and the quality of implementation process
• Be responsible for holistic system solutions and architecture for Exams Systems solutions, make sure the solutions are reasonbale designed, and implemented with the clear timeline by promised
• Be one good IT leader to Manage the exams system development team (more than 10 people) to implement the industry best practices based on Agile methodology
• Define the system development strategy, standards, team KPIs and priorities, cooperation mechasims with product managers, architecture and system maintenance team
• Ensure the technology used in the development team is updated and aligned with the hight edge of industry practices
• Ability to talk with global team for solution design, and well manage the development team to adopt the agile change with clear commitment and timeline.
Role specific knowledge and experience:
• Experience developing web/windows applications on .Net platform, Angular, VUE & SQL server.
• Experience in leading architecture and solution design for product.
• Experience of people management
• Proven record of global IT project management

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Language:
o English B2 (Aptis, IELTS 6 or equivalent)
o Chinese C1 ( HSK 5 or equivalent)
